In the third quarter of 2025, Greece's iOS market saw interesting trends among the top carpooling and ridesharing apps. Here's a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride experienced a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting around 5K and dropping to about 3.3K in mid-August, before rising again to approximately 6.6K by the end of September. Active users began at 61K, declined slightly to 48K in early August, and then recovered to 68K by the quarter's end.

Freenow by Lyft - taxi & more had weekly downloads starting at 4.2K, dipping to 2.3K mid-quarter, and then climbing back to 4.3K. Active users showed a dynamic range, beginning at 143K, dropping to 92K, and reaching a peak of 136K in mid-September.

Bolt: Request a Ride maintained a steady increase in downloads, beginning at 1.4K and reaching 1.9K by the end of September. Active user numbers followed a similar trend, starting at 18K and increasing to 21K in September.

Grab: Taxi Ride, Food Delivery showed modest download numbers, starting at 164 and peaking at 381 in early August. Active users were relatively stable, beginning around 5.4K and ending at 5.7K.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver saw consistent download numbers, averaging around 180, with a slight peak at 205 in early September. Active users remained steady, fluctuating slightly around 1.1K throughout the quarter.
